Willow Sushi - Shelby charter Township

Wanted to ordered on Thursday 9/9 and they were closed. Went to look at their hours and they are only open on Tuesday and Wednesday. Now today on Tuesday 9/14 went to order and they are closed again! Google their hours again, and now it says they are open Thursday Sunday…… how can you expect people to order from you if your hours change weekly?

I left, called my delivery company, and asked them to block any future orders from this restaurant. If they can't hire staff who respect their colleagues and customers, they should consider closing down. If you value kindness and respect, I urge you to boycott this place until they learn to improve their customer service. What an embarrassing way to operate a business.

I had an early dinner at this restaurant on Saturday around 4 PM, and within just a few hours, I became very ill from the food they served. I called and left a message on Monday to speak with the manager, but I never received a call back. I will NEVER eat here again, as the food caused me severe food poisoning.
