Chili's Grill - Shelby charter Township

Two days later, I called the restaurant to speak with the manager and express how special our experience was, as well as to commend Jake for his outstanding service. I had the pleasure of talking to Eric, the General Manager. Eric, you are doing an amazing job setting a positive example for your team. Hearing that you jumped in to help cook during the busy evening rush truly demonstrates what it means to be a great leader. It's clear that your commitment to training your staff to treat customers like family is a significant reason for your restaurant’s success. My boyfriend and I hadn't been to a Chili’s in over 15 years, but after this experience, we would be more than willing to drive an hour just to dine at your restaurant in the future. Thank you, Jake and Eric, for making our date night truly magical and unforgettable. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone, whether local or from out of town, who wants to create lasting memories.

I absolutely love this Chili's on 26 Mile and Van Dyke! The staff is fantastic, the food is great, and the service is exceptional. I've never had a bad experience there, and I visit twice a week! I'm consistently impressed by the wonderful managers and waitstaff; they're truly the best. They genuinely care about your dining experience, and it shows.

1. The BBQ ribs were quite dry and lacked sufficient sauce. 2. The corn on the cob had an odd texture; it was very soggy due to excessive butter. 3. The sausage was a highlight, as it contained cheese and was quite tasty. 4. The brisket quesadilla was just average and rather bland. 5. The mashed potatoes were enjoyable. My son had the Old Fashioned burger, which was delicious and juicy, and the fries were cooked perfectly as requested. The new Southwest chicken salad, which came with a cheese quesadilla, was good, but I recommend asking for the dressing on the side, as it had too much dressing already.

Quick and easy to grab some quesadillas for a late dinner. The food was great. The staff was great. The 2 pops had way too much ice in them though, a few sips and nothing left to drink, hence the loss of the 5th star.

Wonderful place to enjoy great food, awesome service and meet with friends! I love Chili’s in Arizona and this Michigan location did not disappoint. Our server, Mary, was spot on with customer service and we will be back for sure! She made us feel so special and was one of my most favorite waitresses of all time!!! The whole restaurant was very clean and we had a great lunch. Highly recommend!
