The staff member at the counter did not seem to grasp the concept of the double toasted bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was still cold and the cream cheese was spread thinly, like butter. The restaurant was clean but empty. It was noted that Tim Hortons next door was very busy. It was also mentioned that the staff could benefit from additional training.
