Wai Hong Takeaway - Sheffield

The service at Wau Hong is poor, I will not be returning. However, the food at the restaurant next door is fresh and delicious. I will not be going back to Wau Hong again.

We order takeout from this restaurant almost every week! I have tried many takeout places, but this one is one of the top ones. It offers great value and delicious food. The prices are reasonable and the delivery service is always excellent.

We ordered from here about six months ago and since then haven’t bought a Chinese takeaway. The food was so awful it has put us off ordering Chinese from anywhere. All of the food was excessively greasy, but particularly the mixed starter, which was soggy with grease and the ribs looked like they’d been sold before, eaten a bit and then refried in litres more oil. Hopefully just a blip or I don’t know how they’d stay in business. Seriously horrible food.

I just had a wonderful meal at Wai Hung Chinese restaurant with a bottle of wine. I can't speak highly enough of this place. The salt and pepper prawns were absolutely delicious, as was all of their fresh and tasty food. Thank you.

Absolutely awful food. The starters were extremely greasy and lacking any flavour. A mixed starter had been flung together in a cardboard chicken box so when opened, it looked very unappetising and was mostly cold. The mains were better, but not much! Definitely won’t be returning here.
