The Fox House - Sheffield

Great place best table in front of the fireplace. Unfortunately a few vegan and vegetarian choices were not available for some reason which was disappointing. Ordered the beetroot mushroom and horseradish pasty as a starter which was mainly pastry and a tiny amount of filling. Could not taste any horseradish. The veggie nut roast was delicious though, as was the apple and rhubarb crumble for dessert. Service was wonderful.

Another great Sunday lunch at the Foxhouses really good food also gluten free option which is very welcome. Highly recommended.

Again nice comfortable dining experience with good staff and lovely location would not hesitate to recommend.

We'd arranged to walk in the area with friends and so we decided to book lunch. Three of us had the duck special and the other the lamb shank. The duck was cooked to perfection and as always the meat fell off the bone on the lamb shank. It's a busy pub and quite rightly so. I look forward to our next visit.

The Fox House is one of the places we go to for lunches with family and friends. The food is good and the service was excellent on this occasion. We can pariticularly recommend The lamb shank and the fish and chips
