The Crown And Glove - Sheffield

Went to the Crown Glove last Saturday around 6pm for a meal. Having eaten in there for a while and whilst it was really busy (which was a good sign in my opinion) we were served quickly and despite being told we might have a long wait, the food came quite quickly. And it was really delicious. Good quantity, beautifully cooked and presented. Really enjoyed it. We will return. Thank you very much.

Sunday dinner was faultless. Beef was perfect, very friendly service. Cauliflower cheese was delightfully cheesy and definately enough for two to share.

Very friendly and yummy food! Staff is super kind and welcoming and the chicken with the sweet and sour sauce is delicious.

Lovely pub, staff and food. We had a pint in the sunshine followed by lovely Sunday Roast. Four full roasts went down a treat, one pie which was delicious and filling and a veggie burger which hit the spot! Staff were really kind and attentive and we flet relaxed. We did a good circular walk through the Rivlin Valley from the footpath opposite and there is ample free on street parking that allows you to leave your vehicle for a few hours before moving it into the large pub car park.
