Hare And Hounds Pub - Sheffield

A lovely pub, the food was brilliant and reasonably priced. I had fish and chips, it was delicious. We took our 3 month old puppy and she was made very welcome by all the staff. Amy in particular needs a mention for going above and beyond what she needed to do when an old lady had a fall in the toilet. A very pleasant experience. Will definitely be going back!

This charming village pub is incredibly welcoming. It is the perfect place for a delicious lunch or evening meal, thanks to Jay and the kitchen staff. Jenny and her team have clearly put in a lot of effort to make this establishment a standout in the heart of Dore. Whether you are visiting the Peaks or simply in need of a meal and drink after a lovely walk in the area, this is a must-visit spot for excellent customer service.

After returning from our holiday, we decided to have lunch at the Hare and Hounds. With the new team in place and under the guidance of the new Manager, Jenny, we knew that the quality of the food from the Kitchen Manager would be top-notch.

Absolutely great place. Was there on Saturday the live music was fantastic. The new land lady is great and the atmosphere was tremendous! Thoroughly recommend!

The management/ particularly Jenny are most helpful pleasant.The staff have all been well trained.The pub is back to the days I first remember several years ago when the famed KENN JOHN WERE IN SITUE. Clean tidy always a smile a welcome.The beers particular “STONES” has improved a thousand fold. Well done keep it up.
