Ferdinandos Eatalian - Sheffield

This evening marked my first visit to Winchester for a family gathering. What a fantastic place! The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I've read reviews claiming it's the best Italian restaurant in Sheffield, but I believe it's probably the best Italian anywhere! x

Once again, everything was excellent during our evening visit. From the moment we arrived until we left, we felt very welcome. The front-of-house staff, Ferdi, Ruben, and the young waiter, were all exceptional at their roles, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend this small, well-managed restaurant.

Yesterday evening, we had a family dinner with 13 people, and I'm happy to report that none of us had a bad meal—in fact, it was quite the opposite! The food was amazing. My steak was excellent, and my pasta fantasia was the best pasta dish I've enjoyed in a long time. My niece had chicken, which she thought was beautiful, while my other niece ordered seafood spaghetti, which was loaded with mussels—so much so that the waiter had to replace her plate for the empty shells! My sister said her lasagna was the best she’d ever had at any restaurant. I believe we tried a great selection of dishes, and they truly know what they're doing in the kitchen! The staff was friendly and courteous, and the service was as outstanding as the food. The atmosphere was fantastic, and despite being very busy, the restaurant was thriving. I’m delighted to see its success and hope it stays open for many years to come. We give it a unique 5 stars!

Eating is always great, and atmosphere alive. shame ferdinando was not there, he is charming personified! different from the new waiter who is a tad on the strange side! I wish ruben would come back, but still a fabulous place to have a romantic meal, a welcome with friends or a party!

Had a great meal, service as usual superb. Staff miss nothing and the food was fantastic. This place never fails to disappoint. The atmosphere is so friendly and accommodating, great place to eat.
