Such a naff carvery. Meat is cooked well done, sometimes it’s good, sometimes it’s really dry. The Yorkshires are tiny and not homemade. The Veg is boiled to death then left under hot lights to become dried up and mushy. Honestly half your plate becomes soft and puréed so great for people with swallowing issues. Roast potatoes are alright- nothing special. The saving grace is the lovely carvers and staff.
