Chequers - Sheffield

My partner and I ate here tonight (4th juni). I didn't expect anything special, but I was pleasantly surprised. there were some problems, but nothing scattered. the menu needs a whoe look, not all of us want to eat the American diner...style. I am told by the beautiful lurking that most of the comfort foods were removed, such as sausage and mash, liver and wobble or lasagna. Of course, there were ground fish and chips, but I personally think fish and chips should be kept up to a Friday night evening. the portion size is huge, gp must be a killer for the poor chef budget. I must mention the absolute humiliating pudding, below is one before and after, could honestly feed 4 with this baby

I myself and my family visit this restaurant often, eating is always delicious! all employees are so inviting, however, we wanted to thank declan especially for going beyond and beyond for all of us! he deserves a wage rise! we will return!

Sat for a beautiful meal with family, was served by lukewarms and she was so beautiful and helpful. we will definitely go back.
