Booked to watch the AJ camp while we were in the city when we were there, we were charged £8 pp to get to the venue. this was not advertised or told the customer until the entry, this was frustrating, as we had no time to find another place. bar was so busy that it took over 30 minutes to be served. the host, however, was very friendly and accommodating that we wanted to sit inside and not outside because of the weather.

Doorman was very rude on the way up, even my partner feel uncomfortable and involuntary as if there is a god to watch football for just youngs.

A table for 7,15 clock for x4 people for the champions league final booked, but at the arrival it was clear that we never wanted to get this table. understandably, the venue was packed, but there was absolutely no system for previous table bookings so that all tables were taken. to make the dinge even worse, we have asked in the (almost stationary) bar for about 50 minutes without service. we had to dig the night completely and go to a nearby friend to catch the game. terrible experience!

I forgot my booking. I couldn't sit inside. absolute time-consuming

Arrived for my booking, specifically a booth with tv. Senior staff member told us people were already in all the booths, and despite our booking refused to remove people from our booked spot who can’t have booked themselves as it was available for me to book.he was obviously just scared to raise the issue. Joke of a venue with childish staff. Ended up going elsewhere.
