Arby's - Sheffield Village

I shouldn't have to wait for 10 minutes before an employee acknowledges me for customer service. It's frustrating when they see you but continue working. The service was lacking, but the food was decent. The atmosphere was so-so. I recommend trying the Curly Fries and Arby's Signature Sandwiches. The price per person is between $1 to $10 for dinner.

I was unable to give a review with the QR code, but I wish I got the name of the woman who took my order and gave me my food! She was under visible stress with a line of cars, anger customer infront of me, and employees talking wild in the background. She was so sweet, quick, and took her time to check my bag and make sure everything was there. Shout out to her!! Service: Take out

Had a large group order, went in and placed order as to not hold up drive thru and make sure order was correct. As I walked out the door one of the employees came out to double check that I had everything because she thought something might be missing. Seriously!
