Very friendly and patient workers who gave generous portions, but the food tasted

Place has gone down hill, pretty dirty. I don't feel comfortable eating anything from there.

Came here for lunch today with 2 other people.Ordered a crispy chicken 6inch with mozzarella and pesto, I initially had to speak up because apparently now they take 1 piece of crispy chicken and cut it in half, when it should actually be 2 pieces of crispy chicken. Unless they changed how they do it to cut costs.Additionally, we were charged for a mozzarella bella instead of the crispy chicken with the pesto and mozzarella upcharge. Not complaining because the MB is cheaper than the crispy chicken, so they somehow managed to charge us roughly 5 dollars less than they should have.I ordered a Supremo 6inch, they charged me for a BMT, but again not complaining because the BMT is cheaper than the Surpimo.Only combo they got right was the 6inch gluten free tuna. BUT part of my change was missing so I had to go back.The staff were very friendly, but seemed a bit wishy washy , I can only assume that the owners/managers are aware of this, as their inventory must not align with what 's in the POS system due to not ringing in the orders correctly.I also witnessed a man ask for a 6inch chicken teriyaki, TWICE, only for the worker to not pay attention and give him a 12inch. If you have to speak up 3 times, maybe you need to work on your customer service and attentiveness?Food was good, restaurant was clean, staff were friendly but not very attentive. 3 stars given due to the reasons outlines above.Vegetarian options: They now have a new Mozzarella Bella with fresh mozzarella!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread! And many veggie options and new cheeses!

July 29th one if your employees tossing stuff around, swearing and saying he hates this place, very professional. If you can't stand your job, go elsewhere. Especially with kids

Parking lot is always super busy, and when inside it is often not super clean, but the staff are always busy and make orders fast and correct. Management may want to consider hiring another employee who will clean tables during busy times.
