Greco Pizza - Shediac

I placed an online order and my delivery fee and taxes were included in the total. However, when the food arrived, they sent a taxi which doubled my delivery fee. Normally, I receive a call from a polite gentleman to confirm my order, but this time there was no communication and I had to pay extra. I contacted the restaurant and was told that many customers were experiencing the same issue. Despite this knowledge, nothing was done to rectify the situation. When I called to inquire about the extra charges, I was met with rudeness and made to feel like it was my fault for not realizing I was overcharged. This experience was very disappointing as I have always enjoyed ordering from this restaurant in the past without any issues.

Ordnete the great works pizza a few weeks back and it was decent so decided to try again 2 nights before... you can say dissatisfied! Although many toppings, there was not much taste. Next time, it'll try somewhere else.

I visited the restaurant last night and decided to order a garlic finger. After paying for my order, the server surprised me by giving me one for free as a token of appreciation. I absolutely love their garlic fingers!

Pizza is always fresh.Did delivery which was expensive as it was outsourced to a taxi .However it was a late night snack it came within decent time frame and was hot and fresh.
