Had a blizzard and it was full of goodies. Much better then other DQ’s I’ve been to. Staff was very friendly.

The only restaurant that does not turn their heat on during the fall/winter. I’ve had experiences in this restaurant during the cold months in which you sit inside the restaurant and you have to wear your jacket while you eat. The employees are also wearing jackets. When asking an employee if they could turn on the heat, they said they weren’t allowed to. Is the franchisee that cheap? My aunt and uncle asked for their food to go after dining in, because it was too cold to sit inside.Food is decent. I love the blizzards, but the new restaurant’s dining room feels like a cafeteria, more than a casual restaurant. And please, turn on your heat! Think about the customer and your employees, not just about saving money and cutting costs.

Would be better if they knew what ketchup only means, i cannot eat pickles and my burger was littered with 7 slices of pickles, all the juice gets into the bun and meat. So just taking them off is not a very.good option.

Dined I’m had two orders. They delivered hot and fresh. Place was clean and service was on point.

I got a banana split. Man they must only get organic bananas or something now, because they're much smaller than what I remember them as.If they still offered a banana split blizzard, i'd have given them 5 stars. Hard to beat DQ on a nice summer day.Vegetarian options: Pretty sure vegetarians love ice cream. So this is a great option.
