Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

This was another great pizza from Papa Murphy's. The only thing I felt it needed was just a little more sauce.

I was instructed to come in and pick up my order, but when I arrived, they had given my items to someone else. I ended up sitting there listening to the manager yell at the staff to remake my order.

I placed an online order for pizza at 11 AM with a scheduled pickup time of 2:30 PM. When I arrived at 2:40 PM, my pizza wasn’t ready. I inquired about when it would be completed, and the staff member responded in a dismissive manner, saying she didn’t know because they were out of supplies. However, I noticed at least ten completed pizzas in the pickup area, with order times after mine. When I confronted her, she falsely claimed that all of those pizzas had been ordered before mine. I requested a refund, and they became confrontational and finally started making my pizza. I will NEVER return to Papa Murphy’s again. If it were my restaurant, I would fire everyone except for Tony. I had been a regular customer at this location since it opened, visiting at least once a week, but now I’m done for good!

My family came down with an illness after eating an artichoke pizza at this location the most recent Sunday. We were miserable with all the symptoms of food poisoning. The crust had a strange bitter taste as well which might have been a factor, as thiselement was present in the other pizzas. It was undoubtedly caused by this food because my family had been separated due totravel until the night we shared this meal. The last salad I ordered the time before was also wilted with only a third of itedible. I will not be eating Papa Murphy's Pizza again. Whatever quality this location used to have has slipped.

The toppings were quite sparse. Considering the high price of $22 for a large garlic chicken that had hardly any chicken on it, this is unacceptable.
