Mcdonald's - Sheboygan

Messed up my order, got nuggets instead of the cheeseburgers I ordered. Was in to big of hurry to go

A lil over a half hour wait in drive thru though google says no busy... Finally get my food it was cold as hell. My coffee was all wrong and my wifes Carmel frappe was already melted by the time they handed it to is. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS AT THIS LOCATION AS LONG AS I LIVE! ?

The last 3 times I've ordered, something has been missing. This time, I called the store to figure out what was going on and was met by a rude employee on the other end. It couldn't have possibly been their fault, and how dare i ask if i could pick up my missing food. This location is one I will not be going to again.

Service was well enough and associate was more than helpful. But shouldn't take more than 30 minutes for an order and seeing nearly a dozen orders get their items before when they are relative in capacity. Get better wait times dining in at actual restaurants.

They should really shut this one down or get new staff. It never fails that they mess up on an order or the staff is just rude and act like they hate there job. Worst McDonald’s in Sheboygan.
