Contribuiți la feedbackI have my cheeseburger wrong after a long wait time and forget my cheese sauce for my spelt. that's all I ordered. I was on the lunch break, so I had no time to go back. that's not the first time that my order has been messed up.
The ordered two times and both of them were switched off and nobody took our order. had to order from the car and on a picnic table. what about sound? sonic was always great, now it is a terrible experience. this is not the first or even the second time. that was your last chance. we will not come back to a sound.
In contrast to the sonic in lenexa this sonic from the shawne, although they were understaffed, replied literally immediately and the workers are so beautiful and sweet. amazing workers and amazing service plus a really beautiful location I would recommend here about the one in lenexa every day the drive is totally worth it
Came here evening mud and snacks. her app didn't work out what reason. also can't tap with a card yet. poor autohops. asnic as we love it.
This location has been going down hill lately. They will not honor the half price drinks that you get in the app when their app is not working. The so called owner is extremely rude. There have been several occasions where I ordered nerds in my kids slushes, which cost extra, and no nerds were added. I?ve worked in customer service for years and if there?s a deal in the app or on the website you find a way to honor that in store when that app is not working properly. This location does not know how to accommodate customers or good customer service. Editing to add- surprise, part of my order was not correct. I ordered a cherry limeade slush and they gave me a regular cherry limeade. Super disappointing.
