Servaes Brewing Company - Shawnee

We came in last night as part of a brew-to-brew run event. Beer was great, nice space, good service. Root beer was awesome too.

Did a couple flights and found all the beers to be well constructed, clean with no off flavors. The variety was pretty impressive. The french toast stout was very interesting. Parking was easy to find and on site BBQ that day didn't hurt either.

Great place for two IPAs and a stout. Picked up two four packs to go. Many other beers to match your taste profile. For January they also have a group of non-alcoholic drinks.

Favorite bar in Shawnee! Their beers are imaginative and delicious. The last time I went in they were pretty heavy on IPAs and sours, which aren’t my favorites but I think they have a pretty good rotation so this isn’t always the case. Plus I had the Your Light Made Us Stars saison which was delicious! I’m thrilled about their recent expansion which allows for more seating. I will say if you’re looking for a place to watch the game this isn’t our best bet, though I’m sure some people will be relieved to hear that (Transport Brewery down the street regularly has sports on their TVs). In addition to the great drinks and nice atmosphere, they are philanthropic as well, often supporting local organizations by donating a portion of their proceeds. They also regularly have trivia and music bingo. Follow them on Instagram. It’s well-run with lots of details and frequent updates.

The rotating beer menu means there's always something new to try, great for those who like a variety. I can never decide on just one drink, so I get a flight, and I'm always satisfied with them. Our usual bartender Michael is always a delight as well. ? Thank you!
