Love getting there calzones late at night when everyone else is closed

Pizza was good but the toasted ravioli was so hard you could barely bite into it.

Food was excellent. However the driver bullied my daughter for a tip. I have never heard of such a thing. Times are hard but that was completely unprofessional. He literally stood there and said well what do you want back. Ugh

Picking up Door Dash order. 1 employee was on phone with customer. He I both kept looking for someone to assist me. Was a no go until he had to shout back that someone was in waiting area needing assistance.

Wait time and pizza were great! I wish the customer service was better. This is the first time I ordered from this Sarpino’s for pickup. The other locations I order from most frequently the inside is closed and you have to call to pick up and have them bring it out. I called and Mary picked up and said she’d bring the food out to my car. As soon as she gets out she hands me my box and says “you’re supposed to come inside” before I could get an “I’m sorry” out of my mouth she had already walked a … – show
