Absolutely delicious and authentic! The food was incredibly fresh, and the staff were so accommodating! We were even offered samples of drinks that we had never tried before, and they were very tasty! It's a fantastic opportunity to experience genuine Mexican cuisine. I highly recommend it!

This restaurant doesn't even deserve the single star I gave it. The queso was cold and tasted like it came straight from a large can. The beans, rice, taco salad bowl, chips—everything—tasted stale and outdated. The service was equally poor. For your own sake, I recommend eating elsewhere.

I ordered the beef enchiladas, and I must say, it's the best Mexican food I've ever had! The flavors were spot on, and the salsa was incredible! I will definitely be back to try other items on the menu. I loved it!!!

Married to a man who is always in search of genuine, authentic Mexican food, we wholeheartedly give this place 5 stars. It's a cozy hole-in-the-wall, and the food is absolutely delicious. If you get the chance, be sure to visit!

I'm typically disappointed with Mexican food in Shawnee, but if you're looking for authentic cuisine rather than Tex-Mex, this place is the real deal. In my opinion, Los Compadres has the best carne asada tacos in the city, hands down! The atmosphere is nice, and the service is excellent. I will definitely be a regular customer here!
