Grandstand Sports Grille - Shawnee

I regularly go here to watch the fights. I?ve never had bad service. The staff is always friendly, helpful and hospitable. The food is always hot and palatable. I?ve never had anything bad. The pizza is great! The wings/sauce kill that of Buffalo WildWings. A much better choice, in general.

Great pizza! I?ve also tried the ribeye, which was great and the taco salad also pretty good. Overall, a nice little restaurant/sports bar. Nice bartenders too!

GROSS! I?m not sure if it was the quality of the food, or the way it was cooked but this was hands down the worst Breakfast I?ve ever had. Also presentation is definitely nothing to brag about. If you can?t tell, I had French Toast and Bacon and my Friendordered biscuits and gravy with potatoes and sausage link. Yes I know it?s pathetic looking isn?t it?! ????????

Service here sucks. We set and waited for this little dysfunctional waiters. Yes 3 of them. We're setting there waiting, the waitress we saw ???? goes out and grabs another dysfunctional waiters, she walks in and go right over to her friends, huggingand everything. Meanwhile we're still waiting, we came into the restaurant before her dear friends. When we addressed herabout the fact we were here first. Little dysfunctional person says we're not in her area. We ask for the manager again anotherdysfunctional individual ????. He knew exactly the person we were referring. Customer service is a lost art, especially at thegrand casino sports grill. The one star is necessary to post. Grand Casino ???? I challenge you to respond to my post. Sodisappointed...

Always good nice atmosphere sometimes really busy. Check on your phone you might want to call ahead. They do have other food places but limited hours. Buffet is gone but there is another business but Very LIMITED HOURS. Subway is gone from inside casinoand gone from gas station. NOT sure why?
