I'm really pleased that I've switched from other meal services to Essen Fit Go. The food is excellent, and I've had no issues with delivery to my home. Each prepared meal comes with a detailed food breakdown, which makes it easy to track my intake. One of the biggest advantages is the vacuum-sealed meal option. Since I have to go into the office during COVID, I can reheat the meals without needing to vent the packaging. This way, after I finish heating up the meal, it stays covered while I take it into the office to enjoy.

EFG is my go-to spot for busy weeks and weekends when I know I won’t have time to prepare meals. They offer both small and large portion sizes, allowing you to customize your macro intake, and I really appreciate that the nutritional information is conveniently displayed on the packaging. It’s definitely an ideal choice for anyone tracking their macros! With a location near my home and another close to my office, it's perfect for when I need a quick meal instead of stopping at a fast food drive-thru. I think I've tried around ten different meals here, and only one of them didn't appeal to me. My favorite has to be what I call the Mango Salmon (though I believe it's officially named Teriyaki Salmon). Plus, I love that their pasta dishes use gluten-free pasta, so they don’t leave me feeling weighed down.

This was my first time visiting. The guy working was very helpful and explained how everything worked and the types of food they had. The meals themselves were actually pretty good and easy to prepare. I purchased a few different ones to take for lunches at work. The only downside is they are a little pricey but worth it if you hate meal prepping on your own!
