Buffalo Wild Wings - Shawnee

The service was great. They asked if I wanted one. Booth or table, drinks were brought quickly. Then she told us about a cheaper way next to what we ordered and while waiting for food, the waitress made sure our drinks were always full. And when the food came out, she made sure everything was okay before she left. The check was brought out that she was sure we didn't need a desert. Then she made sure we don't need to go cups for the drinks.

This place has been met and missed for years, but the last 4 times I was there, we had an excellent service. I can't give it 5 stars yet, but I could update my review in the future if I always have good service. It's hard to forget to get 2 drinks spilled on you, and once I waited for over 30 minutes and nobody ever came to our table. Lately I was really impressed, I don't know if the management has changed or something else, but they have really strengthened their game. I still think for the price Thursday BOGO boneless wings are the way to go.

I guess they rejected my assessment. Ryan the host was rude and the server Shyanne was great. The food was good and fresh.

Unfortunately, this place could have been much cleaner! But our service was EXCELLENT! We appreciate a good service tip according to thank you for both of us. Strive for a clean atmosphere and stay polite See you soon

Service was excellent wait staff friendly and helpful, food is just a bit pricy for the amount and quality you receive, decent drink selection though.
