Tim Hortons - Shawinigan

The food is good, but the wait time for car orders is incredibly slow. We waited over 20 minutes in line with only two cars ahead of us. This slow service at the drive-thru seems to be a consistent issue.

The service was slow, and the wrap was so poorly prepared that I had to eat it with a fork.

The coffee is exactly how I like it, and it’s served hot! A big shoutout to the waitress who really pays attention when we talk to her! Everything was perfect!

At the car closes at 10:00 p.m., dining room at 7:00 p.m. It's confusing and frustrating to see 10:00 p.m. on the door and come in to sit down and eat.

Having already worked at a Tim Horton, I am in a good position to know that it is not normal for a Drive to pass 1 customer every 7 minutes... And after having tried this branch 3 times it seems that it is their standard.It would be practically faster to pick up my coffee in Trois-Rivières instead of waiting 55 minutes to order from the car.
