This restaurant offers some of the most inventive and delicious combinations I've ever experienced! The presentation is stunning, and the flavors and textures are out of this world. Every dish is cooked to absolute perfection! Thank you, Restaurant Lindsey and Chef G, for sharing your incredible talents. You both are so skilled and truly are artists in your craft!

I must say, the wait was quite excessive and reached a point of absurdity. From what my wife and I could see, the restaurant wasn’t even that busy. We almost decided to leave, but when our food finally arrived, it was absolutely delicious. I ordered the beef chop with spinach and pepper, and it was one of the best beef dishes I’ve ever had. The meat was perfectly seasoned. My wife opted for the chicken strips, which were far from ordinary—they were outstanding. The raspberry Chipotle BBQ dipping sauce was nothing short of amazing. While the wait was frustrating, next time, we might choose to go back to Shaver instead. On a positive note, the waitstaff were both friendly and attentive.

The food at this restaurant is freshly made and definitely worth the wait compared to fast food. The two waitresses were fantastic; they were always ready to assist us. One of them even took our order while we were waiting for our table, which helped us receive our dinner quicker once we were seated. She also went out of her way to help me get some soup for my laser dental surgery. The owners should be very proud of their staff. (1/18/2020)

Man. Waiting was beyond faith; I guess maybe about 30 minutes or something. But the food was great. I ordered salmon and salad, and I must admit, that was by far the best salmon and salad I had in the last five years. And to think that it is so delicious in a place so far away from the so-called famous world-class restaurants makes me wonder that this restaurant is then galaktic not world-class. Anyway, although the menu is limited and waiting goes beyond imagination, I had a very nice experience here. I also don't know why this place doesn't appear in Google Map Search for restaurants. I have edited the Google card and hope it is approved by Google.

Chicken and Waffles..... this was honestly the best breakfast, it was so good we went back the next morning and ordered it again. The chicken was crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside, same for the waffle. All the flavors blended so well. The owners and staff were great.
