Mediterranean Salad is a wonderful change and is very tasty

This was my first time visiting, and the food was wonderful. The young man with the red hair was extremely helpful and sweet, and even gave us extra chicken. Will definitely come back!

I went through the drive thru and had a very great experience the person who took my order his name was Dakota he handled it very professionally and had a great attitude and explained the benefits of downloading the app I also called the store informing their manager of how great of an employee he was aswell I never write reviews but genuinely had a great experience with this place

If you want decent food but school lunch line service, this is the place. I’m genuinely surprised to see how much PDQ has changed. I know most of these changes came due to Covid, like I miss some of the original sandwiches, but the service too? I got a honey butter chicken sandwich, one of my all time favorites and it was good, and my fiancée got a PDQ salad which she said was also good. While the food was good the service just was not there. I get its fast food, but the people in drive thru really aren’t all that personable. First I was greeted with “can I get a name for your order?” And by the time I finished ordering the last thing she said to me was “second window,” nothing before or after came with that sentence. By the time I got to the second window I wasn’t greeted at all, in fact from the moment she opened the window to hand me my drinks to the moment I got my food and left all I got was a smile when I said have a good evening…not sure what happened. Food was good, service was like I said not there at all, and my drink tasted pretty sad, like the service.
