Wendy's - Sharonville

Says they open at 630 am. Sitting in drive thru at 635 NO SERVICE. Pull up to window and they are standing around looking at their phones. Had to leave to get to work.

I get the same order twice a week after school and I use the mobile order option and chose 4 barbecue sauces and they only give me 1 or 2, and when I asked for more they just tell me there 's some in the bag ? I asked for more not if there was any in my bag. And now they 're stapling the bags shut? I don 't know if that 's just to stop the customer from checking their bag for the correct items or what but they 're also very rude.

Visit at 1:25pm, Thursday 10/12/23. My 6 year old daughter and I were very patient and kind in the wait line. We were met back with GO HEAD and SECOND WINDOW. We were met with 2 abrasive women who would not speak to us, angrily handed us food with no speech, and spoke unprofessionally to each other the entire time as my child watched wondering what we did wrong. I asked if I could have a receipt, I was met with the window being closed and OH NO SHE DID NOT….this is unacceptable and so is the food given by staff at this time (a large chili….. . This is where Wendy’s lovers come to change their mind and go elsewhere.

Restaurant was clean and staff friendly. Halfway through our meal, the manager brought us a fresh extra large fry and chicken nuggets because she found the last batch wasn't hot enough!

This Wendy’s is constantly ridiculous. Today the drive thru is closed despite a girl sitting at the window. Last time girls were getting food from the drive thru not in a car. Who the heck knows what’s going on there.
