Quite unprofessional service. Ordered a bouquet of roses from them for my Mrs. on valentine. They delivered the flowers late (next day) and without the message that I wrote. Upon informing them, they ghosted me with no reply. Would not recommend them! I am sure there are plenty more flower shops who can give a better experience than this.

Upd: today they finally delivered, but it was not yesterday. I was upset. My bf was upset. Noone contacted us yesterday, noone updated. There is no trust. They destroyed my Valentine's day. Didn't deliver flowers which were ordered for me. Didn't pick up calls. Taking money and not responsible. I highly not recommend this company. You should return money which my bf paid for your flowers on 14th of February.

Terrible customer service, they barely answer messages, never answer calls, and are late with their delivery. Would not recommend for sure.
