Burkes Cottage - Shannon legal town

My experience at this restaurant was amazing! The All Mix Beef pizza we tried was delicious. The server was very nice and accommodating. Even though the decor is a bit old, this restaurant is a hidden gem. I would definitely recommend it to others!

The restaurant serves fantastic food! The only downside is that there may be a wait, even when ordering online for pick-up. However, the high quality of the food makes the wait worth it. You can't go wrong with their delicious menu options. Their pizzas and garlic bread are consistently amazing, and their chicken tender boxes always come with generous portions that will satisfy you.

I like the spicy kebab they make at this place One of the best kebabs you get in Shannon!

This restaurant deserves zero stars. Unfortunately, I never got to try the food as I waited for 6 minutes for someone to take my order, only to find out they don't accept credit or debit cards. When I asked how long my order would take, a disinterested staff member informed me it would be 15 minutes. Despite ordering just chips, the wait seemed excessive considering the lack of other customers. I decided to cancel my order and take my business elsewhere. There are other Shannon food outlets that provide better customer service. I won't be returning to this establishment, as they seem uninterested in their customers. Life is too short and money is too hard to earn to give it to a business that doesn't prioritize customer service.

So we have ordered here many times and always been happy with the food and prices. On this particular night we had a mistake with our order as they seemed super busy and had new staff. We rang them, they were out with fresh pizza in no time and they were absolutely gorgeous. As well as adding in some garlic dip and coke which was so greatly appreciated! Would definitely recommend
