You had hardly any food and what you could say was old. Definitely it wasn't worth spending $50. We had waited for an hour to see if they would bring more, fresh food out and not. They also had a girl there that seemed like she was working the whole floor, collecting tables, sweeping, muting. Even with the bad experience of the restaurant itself, this young lady was incredible. My family made sure to go to her and give her a generous tip.
Today, we had a terrible experience at Pizza Ranch in Shakopee, MN. The dining area had dirty walls with food crumbs, indicating lack of cleaning. The napkin dispensers on the tables were also not wiped off. Food replenishment was slow and there seemed to be no monitoring of the buffet. The dessert table had limited choices, with the Schokopudding being spoiled. We informed the staff, who removed it from the buffet. This was the worst Pizza Ranch experience I have had and a disappointment when visiting with family. Health concerns were visible and I believe a health inspector should be involved. It seemed like a thorough cleaning was not done before the opening at 11:00. Despite the friendly employees, there were concerns about hygiene, such as an employee with long hair serving food without it being tied back.
If you enjoy floating on flies and wondering what that says about all the cleanliness and getting the place where you eat, you can enjoy the experience here. I, on the one hand, don't care about such things. Fully disgusting, I cannot recommend eating here and will not return.
It was nice to know that children eat free with every paid adult on Tuesday. The staff were very nice and friendly. The only reason I give him a 4 out of 5 is because it is quite smaller than the other pizzerias I was. But overall it was great
Tonight my family went to pizza ranch in Shakopee. Two had the buffet and my daughter and I ordered a chicken meal. The two buffet people were pretty much done and our chicken hadn?t come out yet. My daughter went to the counter to see why and it had been put in as takeout not eat in. She brought it to the table and we proceeded to eat our meal. It was still warm but you could tell it had been sitting there for a while. The manager saw this and reimbursed us the meal This is a manager who wants to make people happy and will admit a mistake was made. I did not get her name but she made quite an impression on us all.
