Chipotle Mexican Grill - Shakopee

I placed my order through the app and received confirmation that it would be ready for pickup at 12:20. When I arrived at the restaurant, the doors were locked, and I had to wait for someone inside to let me in. I finally got my food at 12:35. I wasn't too upset about the delay since we're all used to waiting a bit longer. However, when I returned to work, I discovered that my order was incorrect. Although we ended up eating what we received, I was still quite frustrated because I had ordered a burrito but received a bowl instead. Despite that, it was still a GREAT experience overall!

Every burrito I've ordered has fallen apart due to a lack of attention to detail! I had no choice but to eat it with a fork. Isn't a burrito supposed to be eaten wrapped in a tortilla? I've mentioned several times how dirty this place is, but nothing has changed because it seems management doesn't care! This restaurant is not up to Chipotle standards and should really be shut down. I'm surprised no one has gotten sick from eating here.

Attempted to walk in and order food, waited over 15 minutes in line before choosing to leave. Staff were managing online orders with no urgency, individuals in line were intermittently served with their food sitting on the bar for minutes at a time in between ingredient stations. Staff had not communication with customers, and were consistently mixing up the online dishes with active walk in orders. Would not recommend stopping here, the service was sorely lacking to the point we couldn't justify placing our order.

I ordered a BURRITO! I got a bowl. I also ordered two Izzy drinks online and when I got there to pick up my order, they were out of the Izzy drinks. The girl, was being so rude! I asked for a refund, it?ll take 7-10 days?? Oh ok! I better get my $7! ? My food sucked! The rice was so hard. I?ve never had issues at this location, I?m highly disappointed!

The food was normal. Parking can be a traffic jam due to its size and complex design. The location is large. I felt bad for the young lady who made my order, she seems to be the only job, there were at least 5 other employees working. For some reason, they belonged to both ends of the order line. I don't think this place is super busy. The structure of the line up to the order station is quite short. The order is supported. I'll see if I still have an experience.
