Burger King - Shakopee

This place lost many stars of me very quickly. had they given a 4 until I started experiencing problems. When I first went, I had to wait for just a few articles for 20 minutes. they said they would have to cook my food fresh, but after waiting for almost everything to be so old that they were sitting under a heat lamp taste. the manager also shouted loud to his team that they should not worry about the long waiting times of the customers because they should expect to wait for them to eat. I thought that was almost food? I haven't gone back for a while. When I finally came back, the same manager worked. he took my order and actually cut me off when I tried to fit the sandwiches (rude). another customer came after me and a hired stared at his phone at the frion counter and said nothing to the customers until after a few minutes the manager said they were with him in a minute. I came home and missed a part of my job I paid for. had a question and asked a call back, it was day and I didn't hear anything. I'm not going back. originally 4 stars -1 for a 20-minute wait without explanation, -1 for rude employees and missed job accuracy -1 for company workers who do not care about their customer satisfaction. I will tell everyone I know that I must be extremely careful when I come here! edit: they just sent me an email that was asked for feedback on the problem solution. How do you ask me to fill out another question if you haven't contacted me about the first one yet?

This burger king is the best in the twin cities! great contributors, great management. I wish some others had gone well.

Good food for a burger king, but they need to be organized more so that they can spend the food properly.

Hepper are just a bit better than mcdonald’s big macs, but their french french french fries are cut through and chicken nuggets are not as good as mcdonald’s overall a pretty good place to eat, but not as beautiful as mcdonald’s (inside) than to eat in

Consistency is the number 1 issue here at this location. I can order the same meal 2 days in a row and the end result looks compleatly different. From cold fries, missing ingredients, wrong ingredients, drink size wrong. When it is right I prefer the Burger King flavor over other fast foods any day.
