Biggby Coffee - Shaker Heights

A coffee shop that will surely add to your waistline. Since when did ordering an iced latte mean I wanted three tablespoons of sugar? This trend of automatically sweetening coffee is unfortunately common in low-tier chain coffee shops like Biggby Coffee. They also serve bagel sandwiches, which I found unappetizing. The only redeeming aspect of this place was the polite and helpful staff. I long for the days when real coffee shops served the world's most refined breakfast beverage: black and aromatic. This establishment is a disappointment and should reconsider using "coffee" in their name.

The staff is very friendly, and the store is clean. The drinks are delicious and enjoyable. I really loved my hot chocolate with a shot of espresso!

There are so many options for coffees and teas! The staff is consistently nice, friendly, and helpful. The store is also very clean. Plus, there are plenty of delicious snack options.

I like that they have some interesting alternatives- their caffeinated mocktails are my favorite. There's some seating (not a ton) both indoors and outdoors. Heads up that the parking lot is a little funny to get into if you're not from this area and used to how to access from the traffic circle, but you can always park in the lot by CVS.

Love this drive-thru. They do a 50% military discount, which is mind-blowing, but even if they didn’t I would still go!! Cold brews are a regular for me, and if I’m feeing crazy, I get the Avalanche, which is mint-mocha goodness.Parking: It’s a drive-thru, but you can park and walk up if you want.
