Have to say the lady that was serving was really nice. We broke down and had to pull into the services while we waited for RAC. She offered us a free hot drink which was received gratefully. Thank you

Very rude stuff Lady wouldn’t stop coughing and sneezing all of the items she got the wrong attitude

Very rude manager. I have ask for 3 coffee's and after he made me two he started make coffee for other clients that where behind me. When I reminded him that I'm still waiting for another coffee he replied to me that he has to serve others customers too as I'm not the only one. Yes, but you should serve the first customer in the queue and then the next one's.

Staff very rude and had to hurt for the disabled toilet key. Which they did not do in a hurry and definitely did not like getting asked any questions

Popped in here on Thursday night 27/10 for a red bull to help me through my shift. Credit where its due the 2 ladies that were on shift were lovely. A smile from them both and even got me to sign upto the BP rewards scheme. Theyre a credit to Todhills, it makes all the difference being served by pleasant staff.
