Subway - Seymour

We had a pleasant stop at this Subway on our way to Dallas. The establishment was clean, the staff were friendly, and our food was delicious. We received great service, and the portion sizes were generous. We ordered a steak and cheese sandwich with provolone and a variety of fresh veggies, and it definitely exceeded our expectations! I also appreciated that the food case was designed to fold down, which helps protect the food from insects like flies and keeps it fresh for customers. This location also offered cookies and a drink station for patrons. The tables were clean and promptly cleared for incoming guests. My only concern during this visit was that some staff members had their hair down and loose, which I believe goes against food safety regulations. Despite that, our overall experience was very positive.

Sometimes a fresh sandwich is the bomb. In this case our assembler was a true artisan. Just the right proportion of meat and toppings. And she even took direction well when asked not to douse with dressings. As close to culinary perfection as you can come in the sandwich genre.
