Chipotle Mexican Grill - Sewell

Despite my love for a good veggie bowl with guacamole, I won't be returning to this restaurant. There was no line when I arrived, but the employee seemed eager to rush me through the ordering process. They appeared quite miserable and weren't pleasant at all. Unfortunately, in the haste, I forgot to order chips and guacamole, and when I asked for them at the end, the employee seemed annoyed because they had partially removed their gloves and had to put them back on. It's frustrating to encounter such attitudes! I understand that working can be tough, but it's no excuse for poor customer service. While I was eating, I noticed the same employee at the register touching their face, which is really unprofessional in a food service setting. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.

I was really disappointed. All I wanted was a steak bowl. I paid for one but received less than half of what I expected, and the steak wasn’t fresh. I understand portion control, but this is just unacceptable.

Worst chipotle. I don't understand how the online orders are so bad. If you go in and order it is slightly better. Reviews have been bad for a while. I guess no one cares. What a shame.

I was peacefully ordering my chipotle bowl. the person was filling it up, and from the back i see It. Mr. Chipotle. He’s standing there staring at me with those big, beety eyes. His arm slowly moves up as he points at me. i am frozen in place. the worker snaps his fingers in front of my face. Mr. Chipotle disappears.i forgot to take my meds this morning. bowl was bussin’ tho.

The food was great as usual the people servicing aren't that pleasant. I give 5 stars based off food quality and sometimes understand individuals that work at these locations don't have the easiest lives as they are overworked and extremely underpaid.
