This a great place to get dinner and some beers in Seward. We usually go on Friday night for the catfish fillets, which are excellent. The food is fresh and a good value. The best part about this place is the service that you'll get from Ava. I've eaten all over the mid-west after traveling for work for many years and she is truly one of the best servers I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Our food is always correct and she remembers our four person group's order, even if we haven't been to Sparetime Louge in a couple of months. If you're the owner of this place, give Ava a raise because she could go work at any other restaurant in the Lincoln area and be an asset to them.

The food was good, but my waitress had us waiting forever to see if we needed water. And the place was grungy dirty.

First, and final, time I’ve ever visited. Worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life. They must be so well off they can pick and choose what customers they want. Nice. Standing at the bar for 5 minutes. No fewer than 5 EEs saw me, did not say 1 word to me. Not even a courtesy to say, I’ll be with you…. EEs, old and young. This shows a systemic problem with the business. I departed spending $0 here. Go to Bottle Rocket Brewery Infinitely better customer service.
