Puratasca - Seville

Puretasca is another of those bars that have wanted to play with the ingredients of the earth and escape from conventional tapas with a success that pursues them both in criticism of different print and online media, even the pure strain trianeros that gradually overwhelm more if there is a well decorated place, with a modern touch but that in my opinion are small. the superatento personal, very nice and so tapas a pass: cod carbonara; fried octopus; carrill raviolis; beard tuna saladilla (cádiz); a variety of unexploded Iberians and then originalities that will surprise you like the vented piruletas. But of all this, one of the specialties of the house and that I personally loved is the laughter of the confite of duck. It's amazing, I recommend it 100%.
