Taco Bell - Sevierville

Served cold soft tacos... Management enabled employees to smart themselves... Before she would stay, she would come back, while the indication of the intelligent mouth staff was not responsible... Seriously! I understand they might have just pulled the tortillas out of the cooler, but the tacos meat was also cold. Must be improved!

For me, Taco Bell never disappoints. This location, tonight, might have had the most friendly drive-thru service out there - helpful, easy to understand, happy... The food was good, served hot and each product was hearty. Thanks for the good tacos and good vibes!

We always order the app. The food is usually always fresh and tasty, but later in the night it can be a little hit or miss. Last time I ordered, I picked up my food and went home. When I came home, some of the tacos went through the bag and created a hole in the bottom of the bag.

The staff was good and the food came pretty fast. However, the order accuracy was not so good. We hadn't asked for any sour cream on a few articles, and when we opened things, it had sour cream on it.
