Taco Bell - Sevierville

I have visited this restaurant several times, as I typically do before writing a review. Unfortunately, not much has changed. The service is still slow, and the food is often not prepared correctly. The woman taking orders and packaging the food appears quite miserable. Regarding the food, my order slip is always accurate since I consistently order the same thing. However, every time I receive my meal, there seems to be an issue—missing ingredients or something added that shouldn't be there. It’s a gamble whether you’ll get your order right or even made properly. There are plenty of other dining options in the area.

The food is fantastic, but every time I visit, I end up waiting over 30 minutes in the drive-thru. It takes so long to get through, and this has happened on multiple occasions. Despite the long wait, I really love Taco Bell!

It's a standard fast food restaurant—nothing particularly impressive or remarkable about it. However, it is slightly better than many other fast food options in the area, though not by a significant margin.

Always understaffed, always out of something yet still charge full price. Three bad experiences now, and I’m not coming back.

Walked in and no one greeted us. Stood there for a few minutes. Employees stared at us. Still nothing. So we ordered at the screen. Paid at the register, but had to wait again and there was no one else but us at the time in the dining room. People who come in after us were greeted and then told have a nice day. We left and not one employee told us to have a nice day, but indeed will have a nice day because we chose to come here for our honeymoon and eat lunch and will not be back. The food was good though. The dining room was very clean.
