Starbucks - Sevierville

Really nice staff, although they were busy and slammed packed with only two ppl working They managed to get the line down and still maintain exceptional customer service.

Overpriced and no bathroom for customers,no thank you.

Consistently mess up my order. Whenever I correct them most of the employees are rude as hell. It's a shame as busy as this area is we can't get good service. Worst starbucks in operation...

This is a small Starbucks with no seats. If I take a break from shopping to get coffee, I probably want to take a seat for a few minutes to enjoy it. Even if they just set up bar style tables along the walls, it would be helpful and wouldn't take up much space. Just doesn't seem welcoming to have no seats at all. My caramel macchiato was made well though.Kid-friendliness: Honestly...taking my toddler in here, with no where to sit her down while she is bored from shopping and looking for something to get into gave me a little anxiety. Starbucks usually gives us a moment to reset during shopping. Not so with this one.

When your out shopping this is the perfect place for a pick me up!
