Joe's Crab Shack - Sevierville

The service was slow, which is understandable for a Sunday. However, I was surprised to find the crab leg meat overcooked (soggy) and an unusual color. It was quite disappointing.

We went as a group of three adults and one child, and we ended up spending $150 just for shared dishes. Unfortunately, we left feeling unsatisfied. The food lacked flavor and overall, it was one of the worst dining experiences we've had.

The Positive: First off, our waitress was fantastic, and the drinks were outstanding. The Not-so-Great: Unfortunately, the lobster was overcooked to the point of being dry. However, they happily made a new one for us without any hassle.

This restaurant is absolutely fantastic! We were curious about the buzz surrounding Joe's Crab Shack, and it certainly lived up to our expectations! The ambiance truly gives you the feeling of dining by the beach, and the food is incredibly fresh. The staff greeted us warmly, and we didn't have to wait long for our meals to arrive. We will definitely be coming back!

Pricing seems a little high, but it is Pigeon Forge and seafood in Tennessee. The food was delicious and got to us relatively quick. We sat at the bar and our bartender was absolutely phenomenal. Quite possibly the best service I have ever received. If you?re looking for a non local seafood place Joes is your stop.
