China 1 - Sevierville

The food was really pretty good and it is true that they did not use MSG! The buffet selection was not overly impressive, but the taste was better than expected. The only reason I pulled a star was the service. The lady server didn't seem too excited to serve us, we didn't see any staff that smiled at us. The owner was also at the checkout, but he wasn't too talky or interested to tell us something very cold), I hope only it's NOT because we are also Asian; . We are just a regular family of four that have a few Asian foods...

Had dinner here and the food was really good I got the steak and mushroom also pork rolls and they were awesome. The food content was huge. Only that I wasn't really satisfied with was that the pig fried Mark and she fried over where hard as a stone. Pluse there was not only a pinch of pork in them and a few of them did not even have a pig in them. Others then I would definitely eat again here. And I would recommend trying this place if you're ever in the area.

The staff was very nice. The place looked clean, but I don't have much care for the table that is set up with what looks old outdated odds and ends to be, and this area could use a good cleaning! I had an order of chicken and shrimp habatchi and a Californian role, it was all very good, but just not great. They put the California Roll in the same bag as the Entree that causes it to get a little warm and it must remain cooled. But overall it was good!

We got in. The staff was very friendly and the food was great. Will definitely go back. (Bang-Bang shrimps, Gen-Tso chickens, and pepper steak with mushrooms and carrots when pep and onions)

Went last night and the food was so fresh. We are local and this is the best Chinese food in our opinion. We have tried others in the area that are larger and offer a bigger variety but they do not come close to the food served at China 1. The customer service is also amazing.
