Jimmy John's - Severna Park

In previous cities I've worked, Jimmy John's has always been one of my staple lunch time foods due to it being so much more fast and convenient for delivery then anywhere else. I've been at this location for 1.5 years, tried at least 4 times to order from them, and twice it's take 45-60 minutes to deliver, and the first two times weren't particularly fast either. I am asking it to be delivered within two miles of this location and at times without much traffic (I've checked for accidents/etc). So it's very frustrating. Twice I've called about it and there always a lack luster apology with no offer to help out. After about 8-10 years of using Jimmy John's as much lunch break food, I may need to look for other options.

What is it about this location that makes their employees so impolite, and so incapable of preparing my order correctly? One of many examples I simply asked for my sandwich to be cut in half of course I was prepared before opening my sandwich that it would not be, and it wasn't. How hard is it to follow that simple request? Jimmy John's employees are some of the the worst.I have come across anywhere. No wonder the place is always empty when I go there.

The lady who helped me tonight was great and very friendly, or else it would be three stars. I ordered the new Cuban sandwich. I love Cubans and if a place has one, I usually order it. Jimmy Johns has a pretty good version of one for a place that isn?t going to have roasted pork. They use bacon instead. Can never go wrong with bacon. However, my sandwich had no cheese! How can you have a Cuban with no Swiss Cheese?!?! If you don?t have Swiss, at least give me provolone. #disappointed.

I wouldn?t recommend getting a sandwich delivered from this location. We?ve tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but out of the dozen or so times we?ve ordered from here over the past year, they?ve gotten our order right maybe once. Ingredients are always missing and sometimes they add ingredients that we didn?t ask for and don?t normally come with the sandwich. They?ve also been extremely late (1-2 hours) with delivery on more than one occasion. Spoke with staff several times and they?re usually apologetic, but you can only mess an order up so many times. We?ll be taking our business elsewhere from now on.

I ordered my food through the mobile app, and the sandwich was fantastic. However, the drive-thru service was a bit slow.
