On 09/05/23, I went to this location. I ordered a specific sub with ranch and they forgot to put ranch on it. Also, the sub was dry and didn't meet my expectations. Plus, it really didn't have any taste. It was my first time to a Jersey Mike's ever and I'm not impressed at all. Grant it, the sub was free through T-Mobile, but they really screwed up the sub and experience by not putting ranch on it. I'll never go to a Jersey Mike's again due to the horrible and screwed up way they made my sub.

All the workers were so nice and friendly. Very fast service and the food was really good! I had the chicken bacon ranch cheese steak and it was great.

This was my first time going to the Severna Park location. As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted with endless positive attitude and felt extremely welcome. Everybody was asking me how I was, what I was up to and made me feel amazing. The young gentleman working were astonishing, the bearded grill worker with curly hair and the 2 boys who put my toppings on and checked me out. They were asking me all about my work life and hobbies and sounded as if they were actually interested! I ended up getting a chipotle cheesesteak and an italian for my wife. Both were delicious and all thanks to their recommendations. Keep doing what you’re doing Severna Park!!
