Einstein Bros. Bagels - Severna Park

This place is a messy mess. Looks like the floors have not been cleaned or vacuumed in a year. We received our bags with food all over the outside of the bags. It was gross. The bathrooms are absolutely disgustingClean this place up

Walked in to order, they had 3 workers, our breakfast sandwich was OVERLOADED with pepper, took 20+ min from order to actually getting our order for a middle of the week morning, absolutely no seats inside, they never put them back after covid, and seems like your best bet is order ahead and pick

Consistently terrible at getting coffee drinks out in a timely manner. I’ve gone here a few times in the past couple of weeks- if you order an espresso-based drink, prepare to wait. Get comfy!

I usually go to the one in Annapolis, and it’s the same issues usually of their screen freezing and the person at the cash seemingly not wanting to be there at allThe bagel got smothered with cream cheese, and listen. I love cream cheese, but I had to take a good bit off with how much they were giving us. My husband had to as well.
