Chipotle Mexican Grill - Severna Park

I’m not one to write a bad review but this place is terrible lol. I door dashed and the order was 100% wrong. You can’t call them. It’s an automated system.

I went to this location last night around 930 and they were out of 80% of options. When advertising your open until 11pm I would at least think you would be halfway stocked until closing.

Very big dining room, clean, food is always consistent... In a strip mall off RT 2, next to Mod Pizza.

Ordered through door dash, two bowls had 3 pieces of steak and 2 slices of fajita veg which cost a bit more. Not our first terrible experience with this location lately. Really disappointing.

They failed to deliver my catering order for 25 people and then offered me a refund to make it right . LOL.I asked repeatedly for access to the restaurant directly and got the runaround by their 3rd party customer service department who was as unapologetic as anyone could be.AVOID at all costs if you have guests you care about
