Pizzaville - Severn

What does not taking orders mean ? why are people even working here if they aren 't selling anything ? they let a ton of people wait in line, just to be told they pizzaville is not taking orders at least put a sign up.

It's hard to believe that a pizza franchise can't bake a pizza without over cooking it but they can. We usually get an excellent pie from this location so it's a big disappointment to get a dried out overcooked one. Come on you can do better.

Horrible. Overcooked and cold. Last time was burnt. Couldn't eat it. How hard is it to do the same thing over and over and get it right. Lost our business for good and we will tell our friends.

I called in my order and was told it would take 30 to 40 mins. When I arrived to pick it up 40 mins later, they told me it would take another 10 mins as they forgot to put the pizza in the oven. Totally regret giving them a tip and won’t ever visit again.

Pizza is decent but way overpriced, and wait times are much longer than you'd expect
