I have been a patron of Hattusa Sevenoaks for several years, and the food has always been excellent. However, during my most recent visit, there was a noticeable change in the atmosphere. I have always enjoyed Hattusa for its relaxed ambiance, but this time the service felt rushed, from ordering to having our plates cleared. It was clear that we were expected to eat quickly and leave as soon as possible, with the manager even giving us a 10-minute notice to vacate our table. Despite there being only two other occupied tables and over ten empty ones, we were told that our table was needed for a reservation in 10 minutes. We would have been understanding if we were asked to move to a different table, but the only option presented to us was to leave. It is disappointing to say, but we will not be returning to Hattusa and cannot recommend it anymore.
